Monica made changing my reservation easy over the phone. She walked me through it and got the exact booking I wanted. Before our Colorado trip, the hotel was just what the family needed: good rooms, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast. The shuttle was quick and on time. I'll stay here on future trips too.

The pool was clean, a good size, and fun, and the airport noise was there but the soundproofing worked pretty well. One desk employee was really sweet, though the others sounded cold. The rooms felt cheaply built and a bit dumpy because of little details, and they were small for the price. On Saturday night the hotel lot was completely full, so I had to park in another business's lot. The dining room was sticky and messy, and the morning "sausage" was literally cut-up hot dogs. Our mini fridge froze everything; I couldn't find a way to adjust it, though maybe I missed it. The hotel was just okay.

I used to stay here often, but the service has gone downhill. During my last stay, I saw desk staff and a manager yell and swear at a guest who'd been locked out of their room, then laugh about it. The electronic keys also seem to have a lot of problems. There's nothing you need within walking distance, and there are plenty of better hotels, including nearby Hiltons. Avoid this one.

The location was great, and the room was nice, aside from a wind-tunnel noise that stopped only when I left the door open. I have no idea what caused it. Food was good depending on the day, though some breakfast potatoes were so dry I couldn't eat them.
