Cindy deserves special recognition for the way she treated our children. The whole team was kind and accommodating during our family's weeklong stay, but her hospitality made a real difference. We appreciated the warmth and high standards, and look forward to coming back.

The bed was comfortable and clean, and the A/C worked, though it was a little loud. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. We stayed two nights, and the restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was inconvenient, though made-to-order eggs helped make up for it. The room had dirty carpets, small mold spots on the shower curtain, and faucets in both the shower and sink that didn't work well. The sink also leaked at the base and flooded the counter.

Breakfast was the highlight. Our waitress Kathy was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and brought the food out so quickly. A big thumbs-up and thank you to her! Jeff at the front desk said the hotel had recently changed ownership and was being updated. The lobby and hallway carpets were stained and worn, but our room was clean and comfortable.

Maintenance was very kind and quickly offered to move us when they realized the tub would take longer to deal with. The bathroom tub wouldn't drain, apparently a common problem that no one told us about until we tried to shower. The hotel phones didn't work, so I went to the front desk and was told it was a common issue. Why give out a room with a known problem? We had traveled a long way for our child's college parents weekend and missed breakfast with family. The 2,000 points offered as compensation weren't enough for a room costing over $400 a night.
