The airport and Mall of America are both close by, and the shuttle to each was a real plus. Breakfast had a decent spread, eggs, biscuits or waffles, chorizo, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, and donut holes. Nothing fancy, but it was perfectly edible. The staff, especially Akira, were warm and professional and made us feel welcome. My room was clean and roomy, though the heater was loud and the shower water only got lukewarm. There’s no complimentary water in the room, just bottles for sale in the lobby, and parking costs extra. The lot was partly icy and hard to walk through, too. Renovations are underway, which could be good for the future, but for now there’s some noise and the place feels a bit dated. A comfortable enough stay, with a few basic things that could be better.

The shuttle was a standout, especially Vic. As soon as I called, he texted his arrival time and location, even sent a picture. He drove us to the airport and also dropped us at Mall of America and picked us up there. Each time he was courteous and friendly, and his van was clean. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations: the rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast had lots of choices, and the staff were very friendly. Vic is a real asset.

Getting picked up after our vacation was really straightforward, and the park and fly option worked so well that I’d choose it again. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there were fresh food items available to buy for a late night snack.

The hotel looks a little worn and could use a fresh coat of paint, but the service won us over. Vic, the shuttle driver, was especially helpful and accommodating. Our room was large, and breakfast had more options than we expected. It was about a 10 minute shuttle ride to the airport and 5 minutes to the mall.
