A Heaven On Earth by Escape to Blue Ridge

We had some good time here, especially enjoying the back porch view and the game room, but there are quite a few things management needs to address. The toilets and sinks gurgled, the toilets often needed plunging, and there were spiders in every shower. Towels had holes, the faux kitchen drawer kept falling out and exposing nails, the deck rug was a tripping hazard and I almost fell on it, the couch fabric was torn, and a dining chair was very loose. The cabinet/island wasn't secure, and the fridge had no door bins. We booked six nights in March for November 6. The day before check-in, we were told the outdoor fireplace couldn't be used due to a structural issue. We understand things need maintenance and repair, but being told at the last minute felt very unprofessional. No repairs were made during our stay. We asked for a discount and did receive a small credit.
