Having the Inn on site for our wedding party was a great decision. We got extra time with our friends each night, and the hair and makeup artists could come to us. The girls got ready in the Inn’s large common space while the boys used the parlor suite in the barn. There were lots of photo spots between the barn and Inn, and our pictures turned out beautifully. We had the BEST wedding at the Old Lantern in November 2025. The barn was beautiful and just right for about 140 guests. We were lucky to have our ceremony outside by the barn, though the indoor option would have been lovely too. Everyone we worked with during planning was kind and helpful, and the day ran smoothly. Since Backyard Bistro is partnered with the Old Lantern, we didn’t have to find an outside caterer. We rented the barn Friday through Sunday, which gave us plenty of time to set up and pack down without rushing. We’re so grateful for this venue and HIGHLY recommend it for a wedding.
