Pelican Residences staff went above and beyond, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished to feel like home. It had all the amenities we needed. The location made getting around easy: Charlotte Convention Centre, the Nascar Hall of Fame, Whole Foods Market, and great restaurants were all within walking distance, as was public transport if needed. It's awesome, and I can't wait to return. You won't be disappointed!

I'd definitely stay here again. It's about a five minute walk from Whole food, and a normal paced walk from the room takes around seven minutes to Charlotte Convention center, The Charlotte Westin, and JW Marriott. The only reason I gave four stars is that the bedroom stayed very bright at night from the city lights. There wasn't a blind to block them, and I hadn't turned on any room lights.

Communication was super easy, and we had a great time here. There was lots of life around the apartment, with neighborhood spots and some tourist attractions within walking distance. Definitely a perfect place to stay.
4/10
The location was good, but the customer service was poor enough that I wouldn't return or recommend the place.
