Comfort Inn

We've come here for years when visiting family for holidays and special occasions, but the service and quality have noticeably slipped over the past year. That's been disappointing. Room 214 also had a worrying noise, as if something might be making a nest inside the bathroom fan and light, and it needs to be checked. At breakfast this morning, several items had run out. The manager went outside to get the cook, who had been smoking, and the cook came back in smelling strongly of cigarettes to restock the buffet. With children there, that was especially unpleasant. I hope she washed her hands properly, though it didn't look that way when she immediately brought out a pot of gravy. This used to be somewhere we looked forward to staying. We may have to return because there aren't many choices in town, but I hope management takes the cleanliness, maintenance, and service problems seriously and improves them.

A home emergency forced us out of our house, and Comfort Inn was my first call. They accommodated us through the whole situation, even though we had to change rooms a few times. The staff were great. Breakfast was wonderful, provided they'd rented enough rooms the night before.

We were here during repairs at home, and Ethan at the front desk looked after us so well. The breakfast attendants were wonderful each morning, and the food was hot and fresh. We made frequent use of both the gym and the swimming pool.

We came for my granddaughters' birthday party and stayed 9/19-9/21. The bed was genuinely comfortable, something I can't say about every place. The hotel was clean, quiet time was respected for the most part, and the service pleased me. The breakfast attendant was very welcoming, always checking whether everything was all right or we needed anything. The food was fresh every day.
