Super 8 - North Lima OH

BEDBUGS!! We’d never had trouble at this motel before, but this time my boyfriend and I found three very well-fed bedbugs. There was bug poop and all kinds of stains on the mattress. The floors were black and so disgusting, like they hadn’t been mopped in months, so please don’t walk barefoot. The sheets hadn’t been changed, just straightened up as if nobody had been there. There was hair, nails, and bedbug poop on the bed. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1958.

For the price, the rooms are high quality, the atmosphere is cozy, and the value is great. The staff are amazing, and any issue we’ve had was handled promptly. Housekeeping takes care of everything daily and professionally. We’ve stayed here on and off for a long time, and it’s the best local hotel by a long shot. There aren’t enough good things to say. It’s the only place our family will stay in the area.

The staff took excellent care of me while I was dealing with extreme medical conditions and a difficult situation. They did several things to help me manage my stay, and I’m so grateful. The price was great, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, with a huge TV and tons of channels. I was alone and felt very safe in the surroundings.

They kept my deposit, and a major leak meant I couldn’t use the sink. There was no hot water for me after work, and I was told I’d have to wait until the next day.
