The rooftop pool and bar were a nice extra, but the hotel’s comfort and service stood out more to us. The boutique-style room looked beautiful and was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed at Stile Hotel for part of our honeymoon and my birthday, and the thoughtful birthday and honeymoon gifts made it feel special and memorable. It’s become one of our favorite places. We’d gladly stay again next time we’re in Los Angeles.

I was there for one night to see a show at the Orpheum theater, and the location worked perfectly. The room was so cool, clean, and well put together, with beautiful views all around, including from the clawfoot hot tub overlooking downtown LA. Staff were friendly and very supportive both online and in person. The rooftop pool and bar were great, and self check-in was quick and easy. It was a little noisy, as expected, but they provided earplugs and a sound machine. I’d recommend the place and stay again when I need to.

The room was spacious and clean, the price was good for the area, and the entry codes for the building, elevator, and room made everything easy. We were just a short walk from parking, our dinner reservation, and the concert, and I’d stay here again. I gave it three stars because the band sprayed red water into the concert crowd and some got on my son’s hair. It was non-toxic and washed out of clothes, but the hotel charged me for it getting on his pillow and a couple of towels. They let me know a few hours after checkout, without even washing the items first to see if the color would come out. At least try laundering them before charging me. The fee was $40, which thankfully wasn’t outrageous.

I really liked the building’s look, an Art Deco and brutalist mix with a modern art touch. The rooms felt modern and comfortable, and the storage cubbies were handy. Downstairs, the coffee shop makes excellent drip coffee. There’s also a well-equipped gym and a rooftop bar worth visiting. The location is good for getting around to cool spots downtown. We tried the self-driving Waymo cars too, which made things convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

Such a cute place, with a café downstairs and smooth, free check-in and room access. There’s no dedicated parking, but the garage across the street worked perfectly for us. I didn’t get to try the rooftop pool, though I would’ve liked to.
