The lobby looks beautiful, but it gives a misleading first impression. Upstairs, the rooms felt very outdated and dark, almost like a dungeon. The floors clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, and I found what looked like a pubic hair on my pillow. That was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites many times without problems, so this experience was especially shocking. I’ve trusted Hilton properties to maintain a certain level of quality and cleanliness, and this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Hilton should be embarrassed by the way this property is being maintained. I expected much better.

Lou was helpful, thoughtful, and attentive whenever we needed assistance during our stay at Embassy Suites in Boca Raton. His professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression, and even when I spoke with him again after we’d left, he was just as courteous and accommodating. He clearly takes pride in his work and cares about guests. He’s a real asset to the Embassy Suites team, and we look forward to returning. After getting home, I realized I’d accidentally left my medication in the room. Lou took charge right away, retrieved it, and made sure it was prepared for Federal Express pickup. His prompt follow-through made a potentially stressful situation feel smooth and reassuring. Thank you for such wonderful service.

I was so uncomfortable with the room that I chose not to stay there. After paying over $400 for three nights, I expected a clean and comfortable place, but it was hot and humid, with a strong musty odor. The carpet felt damp and had a large visible stain. I saw roaches immediately, including inside the microwave and refrigerator, and left almost at once. I wasn’t confident the pest problem was isolated. No guest should have to worry about cleanliness, pests, or basic sanitation at a hotel, especially one with the Hilton name. It was a disappointing waste of money, and I would never stay here again. My check-in at Embassy Suites also raised serious concerns for me about sanitation and guest safety. The room felt damp and poorly maintained, with a strong odor suggesting ongoing moisture issues. The condition gave me the impression that routine upkeep and cleanliness weren’t being addressed. Seeing roaches in a hotel room is unacceptable, especially around food storage and preparation. Along with the dampness and visible signs of neglect, that left me questioning whether basic sanitation standards were being met and what other issues might be hidden. Guests shouldn’t have to worry about exposure to pests, unsanitary conditions, or possible health hazards. Problems like these could draw scrutiny from health and safety authorities if they aren’t addressed promptly and thoroughly. I strongly urge management to investigate and take corrective action. This property fell far short of the clean, safe environment travelers deserve.

We were on a 10-hour trip to Miami and weren’t sure when or where we’d stop. Devin saved the day by finding us a room at the last minute. The accommodations were clean and well kept, and breakfast was great. Don’t miss the fresh omelets.
