If my career takes me back to Boise, I’d be happy to return to The Huntington. I loved living there: it was quiet, the landscaping was beautiful, and management was excellent. Stephen and Becky were courteous and professional, and they dealt with maintenance issues right away while respecting my privacy and belongings. I highly recommend the community.

I’ve been here a little over two years, and the only real drawback for me is hearing noise within and between the apartment walls. It hasn’t affected my experience much, though. The neighborhood is in a great spot, about a five-minute walk from the greenbelt. Stephen, Becky, and the maintenance staff are kind and responsive. Requests are handled the same day or the next, with care, and they often deal with little things like parking or noise before I even bring them up. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

We renewed for another year because Huntington has been such a good value for us. Our renovated apartment is lovely, with a nice view and balcony, and there’s a 10% rent discount for Micron employees. The location is hard to beat, near BSU, downtown, the greenbelt, and both I-184 and I-84. Stephen, the assistant property manager, is great about replying quickly to calls and emails, and the maintenance crew is fast and helpful too. We couldn’t ask for a better place to call home in Boise.

I’m sad to be moving out because I loved living here for two years. The staff, from management and maintenance to the cleaners, were always friendly and said hello. I never had any problems, including with noise or maintenance. The apartments are a good size, and the property is clean and well cared for, including the pool, spa, gym, and shared areas. There are several local restaurants and the greenbelt within walking distance. I’d highly recommend Huntington to anyone wanting a nice, clean, quiet apartment in Boise.
