Comfort Suites Louisville East

Everything went smoothly, with easy access, plenty of parking, fast Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. I’d happily stay again.

We had an amazing stay, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The rooms and pool were clean, and the staff at reception were especially exceptional. Service was extraordinary, too. It’s in a great spot for getting to restaurants and entertainment, and I’ll be back soon.

The only change I’d suggest is raising the dresser, since the television sits too low to watch comfortably from bed. Otherwise, I’d recommend this place. The woman who checked us in was super friendly and accommodating, and everyone else was friendly too. Breakfast was decent and had more than just waffles. I didn’t use the pool or fitness center, though both looked great.

I stayed five days and asked for housekeeping on day four. The person on the phone politely told me to check the closet for sheets. I said again that I needed the room serviced, and got, “sir, if you would ONLY check in the closet please sir!” I looked, but there was no room service. I left the next morning.
