The living conditions and appearance of the rooms have fallen well below standard. The new manager, Ta!, has shown no management or organizational skills. Trying to evict me on 3 December 25 for no reason is disrespectful and violates my privacy and civil rights. This needs to be thoroughly investigated immediately. I’ve been here a year and a half and have called Barry a few times about late-night noise. He got right on it and handled it very professionally. He’s the hardest-working person here and gets things done.

I booked through the InTown Suites website in early August for a week starting September 17, but when I arrived they wouldn’t honor my confirmed reservation. They said the hotel was full because of a festival and offered no help or alternative. I was stranded at one of the busiest times, when nearly every hotel nearby was already full. I booked ahead to avoid this sort of problem, so InTown Suites’ lack of reliability and customer care was extremely disappointing. Travelers should know that even a confirmed booking may not be guaranteed here.

Police are there at least once a day 😦. In town can be pretty decent, but it depends on where your room is and who your neighbors are. I’ve had both ends of the spectrum, so it’s a toss-up. Good luck!
