InTown Suites Extended Stay Louisville KY - Wattbourne Lane

It’s listed as a two-star hotel, but I’d give it more. Nothing luxurious, but it feels like my own little apartment: a sitting area with a futon and dresser, a small closet with shelves, a full refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop next to the sink. The bathroom came stocked with everything. I don’t have a complaint.

Catherine was really nice and understood what I was looking for. Her attitude was great, and she explained everything clearly. The service felt genuine and good, and she pointed me toward nearby places to eat and shop. She makes sure you get a clean room and have a nice stay. I’d recommend her to everyone. Thanks again.

I’ve been here a few weeks and absolutely love it. The location is great, with good food and lots of shopping around. General manager Catherine was kind and very helpful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom a decent size, the closet had nice shelves and storage, and the WiFi was fast. Other than that, it was just okay. The floor seemed like it had never been properly mopped. I had to mop four times to get all the dirt off. They put me in a handicap room, but the accessible non-handicap parking wasn’t convenient for me with my two-year-old triplets. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and a strange smell, possibly mold, set off my sinuses. There’s no broom or dustpan, so you have to figure out how to sweep. They provided only one towel and two washcloths, and no kitchen utensils.
