Fairfield Inn By Marriott Boise

We got in very late, and the staff member who helped us was kind and helpful. The room was a good size and clean, and the bed was fresh and comfy. We slept like babies. Breakfast in the morning was generous and great. It was the perfect pit stop, and I’d gladly stay again when I’m in the area.

The customer service was excellent, and there’s an airport shuttle. The place was clean, with fresh towels, and we used the gym, pool, and hot tub. Pool noodles and a ball were available, too. The beds were very comfortable, and there are lots of amenities. Breakfast had a big selection of hot items and gluten-free choices, including crustless quiche, eggs, sausage, Udi's GF blueberry muffins, oatmeal, and Cocoa Pebbles. My kids loved making waffles with chocolate chips, almond slivers, and whipped cream. Tea and coffee were available all day with oat milk or half and half, along with fresh oranges, apples, and bananas. There was also a cozy kids’ nook with coloring books and things like that.

My usual Boise hotel was booked, so I had to try this location for the first time, though I visit the city several times a year. It’s newly renovated and about as close to the airport as you can get. I really enjoyed my stay ...

The staff were friendly and great, and the bed was quite comfortable. There was a nice pillow selection, though they were too thick for my taste, which may just be because I’m not used to that. The room seemed recently refurbished, but the bathroom had a couple of oddities: an electrical box cover was missing, and there was no bathroom vent. Get there early if you visit, since a couple of hotels share the lot and parking gets quite busy.
