Shirley and Frankie at the front desk were absolute angels over Thanksgiving weekend. They went out of their way to make my family feel welcome and cared for, helping us have a phenomenal holiday visit with distant family. I’ve never had better service from hotel staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, and despite being near the airport and highway, we didn’t hear either one. Breakfast was lovely, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities. We were blown away and will book Hampton Inn & Suites again. Thank you both so much, Shirley and Frankie!

The hot breakfast was excellent, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and seemed to care about guests. They keep the place clean, too. It was a great stay, and the price was the best I could find.

The staff were amazingly friendly, and the rooms were incredible and comfy. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. We stayed last night and would definitely come back!

This is more of a Hilton chain issue than a problem with this specific hotel. For what a room costs, I should be able to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner wouldn’t go below 68°, and that made for an uncomfortable night with no sleep. The room gets less than one star from me. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel was quiet and relaxing, and it’s close to the airport and plenty of great places to eat. The staff are amazing and are what make it worth visiting.
