I stay here often and feel safe doing so. I appreciate that they welcome people from different walks of life while still keeping standards in place. The rooms aren’t new, but they’re clean and have the basics covered. Dave is especially good with customers: he’s patient when you have questions and tries to work things out with you. Thanks, Lotus!

The price is manageable if money’s tight, and they’re making an effort to fix things and accommodate guests. My room seemed newly renovated, and the front desk gentleman was very sweet. They were also great with my service dog. There’s a $50 incidental fee for everyone, which gets returned. I was here for a week, though, and the bed springs were so hard that I’d suggest bringing a mattress topper. Bring your own towels and toilet paper too. There are lots of cigarette butts and poop on the ground. Police are around often, but I understand that’s for everyone’s safety. People from all walks of life stay at hotels, and it’s not our place to judge when someone’s having a hard time.

A cheap, comfortable place that does the job if you need an inexpensive room. It’s also a decent option for a longer stay because they offer good long-term rates. The rooms were clean, though old, and there aren’t many amenities or much atmosphere. It’s close to the airport, tucked behind the Ramada, so the location is decent. I’d stay again if I needed a low-cost place.

We decided not to use the room after walking in to find it smelled like burnt hair and garbage. There were pieces of a drawer shelf piled in one corner too. When we asked for a refund, they could only give us one night back, so we lost $80 on a room we never used. The staff tried their best, but it still felt awful to watch that money go down the drain.
