The Fowler

I've been here for two months and really like the location. The staff are great, quick to respond, and always doing nice things for residents. My one-bedroom apartment has an open kitchen and living room, big windows with nice shades, and it feels good to live in. It's quiet and dog friendly, with a great workout room and covered parking. Make this your next home ❤️

I've had a very good experience living at the Fowler, and I'm especially grateful for Michael, who runs the leasing office. He works incredibly hard, is one of the kindest people I know, and truly cares about the tenants. He knows everyone by name and knows the building inside out. The maintenance guy works extremely hard as well and keeps the place running. I'm very thankful for my time here.

We toured the property yesterday late in the day, and the staff made a terrific impression. They knew their stuff, and more than that, they were warm, kind, and welcoming. We'd move in today if the unit we want were available. We're waiting for it to open up, and thanks to the staff, we're proud to say we'll soon be part of the Fowler community.

I had only two weeks to find a place in Boise and move from Kentucky for work, and the leasing team helped me find the right apartment within hours through Zoom calls. When I got caught in a snowstorm and was going to reach the leasing office after closing, my leasing agent stayed late so I could move in before starting work. I've been here for a year now, and they've been happy to answer every question I've had. They've made living 2,000 miles from home much less stressful. The Fowler has been an amazing place to live.
