Quality Inn

The location is convenient for public transit into the city, and the rooms are tidy and clean. The rates are great for the quality. We didn’t have a microwave in our room, but staff had no problem with us using the one in the lobby. They were friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy.

We’ve only been here one day, and I’m already ready to leave. The room fridge wasn’t working, and when we finally tried to shower before bed, there was no hot water. The bed was rock hard, and the walls were so thin we could hear every conversation, so we slept badly. At check-in, we were told something had come up and we’d need to move to another hotel. No big deal at first. The next morning, we brought our luggage down, but the woman at the desk seemed clueless. After a 20-minute wait, she said we’d be staying after all. We went back upstairs tired and annoyed. Then we tried calling customer service and found they were closed on weekends. I’ll be demanding to move to a different hotel tomorrow. This place is terrible!

The breakfast was sparse, and staff started clearing the food well before the cutoff time. The juice dispenser wasn’t working, and parking was available but limited. Basic amenities were there, though the room had neither a microwave nor facial tissues.

Absolutely disgusting and falsely advertised, possibly illegally. The two rooms I stayed in smelled like mold and looked nothing like the pictures. There were no headboards, desk chair, nightstands, or lamps. The A/C didn’t work and fell off the wall. There was blood on the curtains, writing on the wall, torn wallpaper, dirty blankets and sheets, and towels that smelled. The TV and phone didn’t work either. I had to leave the first room because I couldn’t breathe with the A/C broken and the window unable to open. They moved me to a room with one bed even though I paid for two, for four of us. Half our group had to sleep on the floor. Staff also knocked on my door at almost 2 am to ask about a deposit I’d already paid before check-in. This isn’t worth the money. At the very least, it’s a motel, the kind of place you pay by the hour.
