The room was clean and fairly spacious, with a large, comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep. Getting from JFK Airport to the hotel took just 10 minutes by shuttle, which was a handy extra. Check-in was quick and straightforward. Breakfast was adequate, and the dining area stayed clean. The attendant promptly refilled food as it ran low. Service was excellent, and I'd choose to stay here again.

There was plenty of parking, and they gave us a pass. Someone was ready to help at the register when we arrived, and checking in was easy. The room was compact but comfortable and clean, with a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub. The hotel wasn't too busy, luckily, because we could hear nearly everything in the hallway even with the door shut. The door needed a firm push to close, and the pillows left both of us with sore necks the next morning. Aside from that, it was a very nice one-night stay at the Best Western JFK.

The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine, and the free airport shuttle runs several times during the day, which is handy if you're flying from JFK. The hotel is comfortable but basic, and I thought it was quite expensive for what we got. We booked online and were given two large singles or small doubles. The room was a tight fit for my big husband and our children, aged 5 and 10. We'd have preferred a larger room and beds, so we were a bit disappointed.

The free parking was a big plus, and the hotel felt safe and welcoming. The staff were caring and really friendly, and my family and I had a great stay. Breakfast was good, but they changed the sausage from turkey to pork. We don't eat pork, so we were left with eggs and toast, which was frustrating. Please bring back the turkey sausage. The cleanliness was okay, though it could have been better, and the late-night food choices weren't great. We'll be back to Best Western JFK soon, but please get rid of the pork meals!

The airport shuttle was great, and the staff were really kind. I stayed here during an overnight connection, so the convenient location worked well. Breakfast was good for the French, Italian, and Spanish style I usually have, though I can't speak to the US or UK options. One detail didn't match my reservation: I was meant to have a bath with jet tubes, but got a regular bath instead. It was still more than enough. Just excellent.
