The staff were nice, but the room wasn't very clean and the carpet was dirty. The pool and hot tub were broken. This place badly needs repairs and updating.

The carpeting is really dirty throughout. We weren’t planning to sleep on the floor, thankfully, but you’ll want to keep your shoes close in the room. It definitely feels like a budget hotel. The pool is advertised, but it wasn’t working, so call ahead if you’re hoping for a swim after a long, hot day of work or driving.

We booked online expecting a pool and hot tub, but neither was in service when we arrived. The woman at the desk was kind and didn’t charge us for canceling.

After two days on the road, we drove over hoping to check in an hour early and learned there was no reservation under our name. They also wouldn’t honor the quoted price. My husband had arranged it over the phone with a man on speaker, so I heard him assure us he’d booked two double beds. He said another guest had him tied up and his computer was tied up too, so he couldn’t give us a confirmation number. He took our name, phone number, payment type, and other personal details. The place looked kind of like a dive, so we found somewhere else to stay.
