The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in good shape. It’s nothing fancy, but the family-owned feel and fabulous staff made the stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’m sorry I can’t remember one staff member’s name, but Sam the GM, Erin, and he were great. Sam even went out of his way to make me a fresh pot of coffee on our last morning. I’ll come back!

What stood out most was the care from the staff. We left some clothes hanging in the room after checkout, and they called us promptly to let us know. When we went back, everything was just as we’d left it. Thanks especially to Sam for being so thoughtful and attentive. The resort was very clean, from the rooms to the roads, and the views were amazing. The service was truly excellent.

There were lots of helpful staff, especially Russel and his girlfriend, and our dogs loved the huge window in the surprisingly big room. The $50 cash deposit felt daunting, but we got it back in the end. It was a great place to stay!!!!

Sam went above and beyond with his hospitality and customer service. The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly, and the views from the rooms were gorgeous. We had an excellent stay, would recommend it to anyone, and will come back!

Sam helped us throughout our stay and was courteous and professional. Thanks to him and everyone at Crystal Beach Palace. We’ve had a really nice time at Crystal Palace on several stays now.
