Best Western Plus Bolivar Hotel & Suites

The breakfast had plenty of choices, and the menu changed each day. This was one of the nicest Best Western hotels I’ve stayed at. The Bolivar location works well for families and people traveling alone.

The night clerk at check-in was really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The tub drain wouldn’t stay open, which made morning showers annoying. The stay was good up until breakfast, which needs a lot of work. Food kept running out, the coffee machine didn’t work, and they were trying to serve everyone with a four-cup coffee maker. Staff complained to each other the whole time about customers eating the food and drinking the coffee. Employees need to know what they’re there to do.

My daughter and I needed somewhere to rest and recover halfway through our trip home. The room smelled really clean, the beds were cozy, and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was warm and fun, and the staff were nice. It’s a good location. A little pricey, but I’d say it was worth it.

The staff are so kind. We’ve stayed here more times than I can count, and we love having an indoor pool.
