The room was clean, fairly decent, and quiet. Breakfast was just okay, with the waffle maker as the only hot option. The front desk is handled by someone off-site through an interactive screen. For the price, I wouldn't call it a great value.

The room had a strong mold or mildew smell as soon as I walked in. There was a dehumidifier in the corner, which seemed to confirm my suspicion. The fridge didn't work, so I called the front desk, where the same virtual agent I'd spoken with at check-in answered. She sent maintenance to look at it. I won't get into everything the maintenance woman said, but she wasn't helpful and lied to my face. She left without fixing the problem. When I called again, they said she was bringing a new fridge. I accepted that since I'd had a long travel day and was exhausted. Trying to watch TV didn't help. It had the kind of static you'd get in the '90s with a hanger for an antenna. Completely unacceptable to me. Check-in itself was a mess. There wasn't a person at the desk, just two kiosks, and one of them didn't work. You speak with a virtual agent who seemed to be from somewhere India-adjacent. She tried her best to get me checked in, but by then I was already annoyed. Before me, a Spanish-speaking man was also having trouble checking in. I don't recommend days inn Bonita Springs. I thought days inn had a better reputation, but now it's on the same list as red roof inn. I wouldn't stay here again or at any of their brands. Absolutely not.
