We had a wonderful stay, especially once we were moved into a spacious two-room connecting suite. The Globalist benefits included a room upgrade, and the extra space made things much more comfortable. The staff around the property were genuinely friendly, and the breakfast team was attentive and accommodating. The buffet had a pretty good range of choices. We also had a lot of fun on the lazy river, even as adults, and the private beach was a highlight. Book the boat early since it fills up quickly. From our room patio, we enjoyed beautiful sunset views at the end of each day. We'd happily come back.

For a weekend with kids, this hotel works really well. There's a separate adult pool and hot tub, and the rooms were comfortable and adequate. I live in Fort Myers and spent Saturday night here on a quick staycation. The food was very good, and the clean, relaxing lazy river was a highlight. Valet and front desk service felt genuinely focused on guests. The team was accommodating, and we had an excellent stay.

We visited during Presidents Day week, and it never felt crowded. The resort has water slides, a lazy river, pools and a slide for young kids, plus an adult lap pool and Jacuzzi. It isn't right on the water, but there's a private beach reached by boat shuttle. Breakfast was excellent, with an omelet station and some hot dishes changing each day. We'd visit again.

I come back here often because the rooms are clean and modern, the service is friendly, and the property is beautiful, especially around the pool. The fitness center has everything I need for a good workout. The food is only alright. Room-service breakfast is fair at best and not worth the price when it arrives in plastic containers with no presentation at a Hyatt. Corkscrews by the pool is much better, with mostly handheld options. The jerk chicken wrap was tasty, and Christopher was a top-notch server. What a great guy!

The location isn't walkable to much, and the lazy river isn't heated, so it can feel chilly on a cool, cloudy day, though it was bearable. Still, this was a great family resort, unlike anything I've seen in Florida. We just got back from a fantastic stay with my wife and our three-year-old. The water park was amazing, even though our little guy couldn't go on every ride, and it never felt busy. Staff were great. We could get free water and Capri Sun at the front desk, take a boat to an incredible beach, and find kids' activities all day, including games, a scavenger hunt, magic show, and balloon animals. The food was good enough, typical resort fare. On a colder day we drove to Naples Zoo, which was 10/10.
