Super 8 Booneville

There was nobody at the desk when we came in to check in. Curry was cooking nearby, and Bollywood movies were blaring from the TV so loudly that the whole lobby felt like part of the show. The owner lives there. Their vehicle was parked right by the check-in area, taking up half the lane. It may make coming and going easy for them, but leaves guests less room to maneuver. Heaven forbid they walk 50 feet to park. The metal bed frames squeaked, popped, and banged whenever we moved, so even shifting in the night woke the whole room. The property seemed neglected and management indifferent. It was a frustrating stay, and you’d be better off in Tupelo.

I was in town for work and needed a room, so someone recommended the super 8. The front desk guy was extremely nice, and both the property and room were very clean. It was just right for the night. I’ll stay there again next time I’m in town.

For a decent price, you get friendly people, a clean room, a comfy bed, and lots of hot water in the shower. I’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed two nights on a motorcycle trip because of the weather and had a very pleasant time. The staff were nice, and my room, bed, and linens were clean and comfortable. The towels were softer than most I’ve used. Breakfast was basic, but there was hot coffee, juice, fruit, and cereal. Walmart super center is right across the street, which was a big plus.
