This is a direct shout-out to Jeremy Green at booneville mo casino. I watched him for almost an hour going well beyond his job description to help anyone and everyone with whatever they needed. He's incredibly respectful and helpful. What an awesome guy!

We paid for two nights, but on the first morning housekeeping woke me by walking right into our room and announcing herself after she had entered. My husband and I were naked in bed. She didn't even knock, and there wasn't a “do not disturb” sign to be found. After we fell back asleep, the front desk called to say we'd gone past checkout time. I told her my husband had paid for two nights. She said she'd check, but never called back or apologized. My husband went down to complain about both rude awakenings, especially the housekeeper entering without knocking. The woman at the desk said, “oh, we figured you'd be gone.” They were rude and acted as though it was fine. It was their mistake that the front desk couldn't get its system together, not ours. They didn't even offer anything for the way we were treated. We will not return.

We always have a good time at this casino. It's a short drive from home, the food choices are plentiful, and everything I've tried has been great. I've also dealt with many different employees, and they've all been friendly and helpful.

You can walk in with a good amount of money, but the service and machines are awful. The machines are so tight and never give a bonus. I don't recommend this casino. Take your money somewhere else. They don't care about customers, are rude, and don't want to hear what you have to say. That's why this place has lost a lot of customers. Someone should do something about it. This isn't gambling, it feels like robbing people and getting away with it.
