Once our application was approved, everything went smoothly. We rarely come across people as helpful and available as this staff. The front office welcomed us warmly, and the team was helpful and understanding, reassuring us that our case would turn out positively. Coming from abroad made the process more complicated, though, because of their software, especially the AI solution, which isn't really suited to cases outside its standard processes.

After a year and a half living here with my partner, we have to revise our review. The building puts a lot of focus on vacation rentals and students, and that creates a real problem if you're a working professional. The undergraduate students are horrible to live around. Expect frequent parties, smoking, loud music, and screaming on a very regular basis. Management does what it can and usually does a great job, especially maintenance, but I’d strongly consider somewhere that doesn’t allow undergraduates if you work professionally.

They did an amazing job, with great service and real competence. They handled everything for me when I needed a complicated water filtration system installed.
