The room wasn't terrible, but the place was run-down, dirty, and reeked of urine. On the way to the room I nearly changed my mind. Debris covered the hallway, which looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The upstairs hall smelled strongly of urine, and the smell on the main floor was unbearable. The stairwell handrail was missing, with the mounting brackets still sticking out of the wall, which was an extreme hazard. We arrived late, had a big truck and trailer to park, and only needed to stick it out for seven hours, so we stayed. The toilet kept running, the corner light fixture looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, there were only three half-dead pillows and no extra blankets. The towels were brownish, and with no extra door latch for security, we put a chair in front of the door. There were pounding noises and loud people in the hall during the six hours we had to sleep before leaving. Given the condition, I doubted anyone would care about complaints. If I were Wyndham, I wouldn't want to be associated with this place. I felt misled into thinking it was somewhat reputable.

I'm in Colorado for work and stayed here two nights. It's a nice motel and fairly well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the TVs are nice. I reported a crack in the toilet seat. There was no hairdryer in the room, and the microwave turntable didn't spin.

The fighting every night and what I swear was a drug deal in the parking lot made me certain I won't stay here again. The lobby and hallways smelled horrible, and the person at the front desk didn't know what he was doing when I checked in. The door had no second lock either. This place is horrible!

The rooms are clean and roomy, with plenty of space for luggage, but there aren't many drawers for putting things away. I was surprised there was no washer or dryer for guests to use. The guy at the front desk could be more welcoming and friendly. It wouldn't hurt him to smile.
