The price was affordable, though the AC was crap. I was there for a week and check-in started out decently, but I was surprised to learn the deposit was cash only. Maybe I missed that detail, but bring cash if you stay here. I also saw ambulance service there daily. On my last day, while I was working, there was a violent shooting incident. Thank God I was blessed. I'm not sure about the area, and it seemed fairly safe, but I wouldn't want my family around most of the building.

My family and I had a good three-day stay. The place is really clean, and the customer service is amazing. The neighbors were talkative and welcoming too. We'll come back in the future.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room had a strong musty odor, the bathroom floor wasn't clean, and there was no coffee maker. After sleeping there overnight, I woke up with two welts on my leg from bites. Other residents were drinking outside the rooms, and there was broken glass in the parking lot from drinkers loitering outside. The hotel advertises a 24/7 office, but it was closed in the morning, with no coffee or breakfast. We were also denied our original room because we were told an incident had broken the door.

They say the office is open from 7 a.m. to midnight, so if you leave early, you won't get your deposit back. They finally opened at 7:20 a.m. Also, you have to hand over a $60 cash deposit. I booked through Hotels.com for $69.31 total with tax, but the motel charged me $77, saying my Hotels.com confirmation was wrong. After they'd charged my card, they claimed they couldn't refund the difference. Run, don't walk from this motel.
