A new hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a modern look. The location is central, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d stay here again. Just ask for the itemized final bill so you can check that all the credits were applied.

The location is perfect for exploring Boston, and we plan to make this our regular choice for future overnight stays. The room was comfortable, and breakfast at the restaurant was fine. I’m giving four stars for two small problems. The in-room Nespresso setup didn’t make a good cup of coffee for that not-yet-awake moment. Also, the electronic key needed to access the room, hallway, elevator, and fitness center was unreliable, so we had to get a key card from the front desk. We’ve run into similar key issues at other Hilton properties too.

The beds felt like clouds, and despite being so central, the hotel was quiet. It’s just outside the North End and close to Faneuil Hall, with comfortable, well-furnished and decorated rooms and exceptional front desk staff. There are some great perks, including a free Freedom trail tour on Saturday and tickets to View Boston, formerly top of the hub, at Prudential. Definitely use the View tickets, especially around sunset. The $35 destination fee covers those tickets, bikes, a $15 food and drink voucher or credit for two, and a $15 dry cleaning credit. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Kristina at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. We’d had problems at an AB&B and left because of the stay and the host not responding. She found us a room at the last minute, and we wished we’d stayed at the Canopy instead from the start. The location is convenient, with many places easy to reach on foot, and our room was spacious and clean. We only stayed one night, but they also worked with us when we had a late flight the next day. We’d definitely come back to Boston and stay here.
