About three minutes from the town square, so the location was perfect. The rooms were clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. You can hear some noise, but turning on the fan in the heater unit drowns it out. Honestly, it was great, and I’ll book here again.

The location was the best part, with shops within walking distance and the bus station across the street. Our room was clean and roomy, with double closets, and the mattress was comfortable. It had supplies, though I’d suggest adding earplugs. Parking can be a problem. Noise was the real issue. We were in first-floor room 103, and there’s basically no sound barrier between rooms. Around midnight, the neighbor upstairs came in after what must have been a very full night with the local buffalo herd, then vomited loudly for 30 minutes. It was so loud I felt like he might have come into our bathroom. The pillows were the hardest, thickest, densest ones I’ve ever encountered, with no softer options. I ended up using my puffer jacket as a pillow. I won’t return, though it might suit you if you can take out your hearing aids and sleep through anything.

We were able to walk all over town because everything was close by. I’d stay here again. We were there in March 2026, near the end of winter, and with fewer rooms booked it was relatively quiet. I’d read reviews mentioning noise, so I requested a quiet room and got one at the back on the second floor. The queen bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The room felt spacious, with two floor-to-ceiling closets, one for each of us, and the bathroom and sink area tucked around a corner. We asked for cleaning while we were out and it was done perfectly. It was one of the cleanest motel rooms I’ve stayed in, and I’ve traveled a lot. The pool area and sauna were clean too, with fresh towels available. It may be noisier in the busy season, but I suppose that’s to be expected.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything in town Square. We’ve stayed here twice, five years apart, and both visits were perfect. The lobby coffee was a nice treat, and the hostess working check-in on Christmas Eve and Christmas was warm and welcoming. Housekeeping does a great job. The sauna and pool room were awesome. This is the only place we’ll stay in Jackson.
