STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE, IT’S AN EXTREMELY SHADY OPERATION. We left our car with LAZ Parking’s valet, and at first the garage looked clean, polite, and under control. When we came back, the mileage was up by nearly 20 miles. There was a finger trap toy on the driver’s seat, and the passenger side mirror had been bent all the way backward, with a roughly 3-inch deep scratch down to bare metal. It looked like the mirror had hit and dragged along a concrete wall or piller. I calmly told a representative, who brought over the valet who’d parked our car. He got defensive as soon as he saw the damage and toy, and denied causing the damage. They asked the other drivers, and like him, they all denied having anything to do with it. While we were filling out insurance claims, a $200,000 special edition Mercedes G-Wagon was taken down a ramp with the throttle pinned. Exhaust smoke filled the garage, and we could hear the engine as the customer’s car was driven off. The representative said someone from insurance would contact me within 72 hours to complete the claim. It’s been over a week and nobody has called.

We’ve owned an apartment in Clarendon for almost 10 years, and every resident we’ve met has been extremely friendly and cooperative. The staff are impeccable, helpful, efficient, and accommodating, and the building is in top-notch condition. As for some negative reviews, you can check the authors’ personalities on Google and make up your own mind.

Anthony, the night doorman, treated me with empathy and was accommodating. He was also very professional and polite.

I bought a place here for the location, and the staff are nice, but the residents are another story. I’ve never been around this kind of behavior. They’re rude to the staff and to each other, and find insults to throw at you when you talk to them. Even a hello usually gets a surprised look, maybe followed by a fake smile.
