Tony at the front desk really made this stay for us. He was thoughtful and kind, and went out of his way to get us a great view. The whole staff was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless and beautiful. We’re in Boston every couple of months and usually try somewhere different. We’d stayed here before and liked it, but this visit made it our home base from now on. TD Garden is just a few steps away, and the North End and plenty more are an easy walk. Tony and the team showed how much good staff can add to a hotel stay. Highly recommend!

The reception staff were excellent, and I’d happily stay here again. The hotel has been renovated, and my room was clean with a great view of the bridge and TD Garden. The one downside was smelling other guests smoking weed throughout my stay. I don’t think the hotel can control that.

Josh checked us in and was just plain awesome. After we got back from the Brandi Carlile show, he and two colleagues were there to welcome us back with big smiles. We’d come for the show, which was kickass, by the way, and had a great time. The room was comfortable and had a fabulous view. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was in Boston for a work trip at TD Garden, and this hotel’s location was perfect, basically right in front of the arena. It was great not having to deal with Uber. From the moment I arrived, everyone was cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. My Marriott status got me an upgrade to a higher floor, with a view of the bridge and highway thing, lol. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean and quiet. The only little issue was the shower. The hot water temperature and pressure kept changing every time I used it, and at points it got so hot I had to jump aside. Weird. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and stay again.

The concierge was courteous and friendly at check-in, and upgraded me to a corner king suite with an incredible view. It was spacious and really well appointed, and the staff were kind throughout, which made the whole stay enjoyable. I came to Boston for a Nicotine Dolls show at City Winery, just steps from the hotel.
