For Employee Appreciation Day, we want to thank the team at Idyl. Olivia, Kelly, Marek, Stella, Mike, Albi, Kayla, Manny, and Burten are always there when we have a question or issue, whatever time it is, and they handle things right away. They work together so smoothly, and the welcome we got on move-in day has continued ever since. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and professional, with a warmth that makes residents feel at home. Thanks for all the work you do to make Idyl a special place to live!

Kelly has made our time at Idyl Fenway feel comfortable, especially as Judy recovers from a stem cell transplant at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She’s been kind, respectful, and easy to work with, and her service has truly been exceptional. We’ve lived at Idyl Fenway in Boston since March, 2025. When we were choosing an apartment, Kelly helped us find the best option, plan a good move-in, and handle the entry paperwork and procedures. Kayla, the concierge, is a ray of sunshine, and the building’s friendly staff make us feel welcome every day. Gagik and Kelly, the leasing agents, showed us different apartments through videos and photos while we were still out of state. They were responsive and friendly at every step and made moving in easy. We recently came to Boston from DC and are so glad we chose Idyl Fenway. It’s walkable to green space, shops, and plenty of neighborhood restaurants. The shared spaces, apartment finishes, and Boston skyline views are all beautiful, and everything is spotless.
