The concierge team has made living at Park Lane Seaport feel like home. The community is clean, well kept, and welcoming, and the convenient location means everything I need is close by. Costas has been especially friendly and quick when I’ve reported an issue, with same-day results. The maintenance team is prompt and professional too, and keeps things running smoothly. It’s reassuring to know I can call and get help without a long wait or worry. I’m very happy here and would recommend Park Lane to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

I’ve been at Park Lane for five months and am really enjoying living here. The neighborhood is great, there’s always something to do in Seaport, and I like taking regular walks on the Harbor Walk. Transit is easy to reach, and the airport shuttle stop is right behind the building. Moving in was efficient, thanks to Michael Ertmann, who helped at every stage, before, during, and after the move. More recently I put in a work order for an appliance, and Manny and the team handled it promptly and professionally. The Concierge Team are all warm and helpful. I’m looking forward to the new year here.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year, and the Park Lane concierge team has been a huge help. My roommate and I have worked with Norelle in particular. She’s friendly, gets back to you quickly, and has made living at Park Lane a positive experience.

The location is a big plus at Park Lane Seaport. It’s a quiet part of Seaport, but the city’s best spots are within walking distance. The amenities are great too, including the gym, grills, and roof deck. Staff are friendly and efficient, and resident activities help build a strong community. Living here has been fantastic, and I’d strongly recommend it if you want comfort and city life. JB

The views are wonderful, and I love living at Park Lane. The apartments are well kept, and there’s a gym and game area among the great amenities. The concierge team is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They also put on thoughtful events for residents throughout the year. I’d happily recommend Park Lane to anyone looking for a great place to live.
