Chris at the front desk made everything seamless. He was friendly and really efficient. Between the service, rooms, water views, rooftop bar, and location, this is five stars across the board. I won't stay anywhere else in Boston. You can walk to great lobster rolls at James Hook and to all the Italian restaurants in the North End. I highly recommend the Envoy if you're visiting Boston. It's an experience.

We upgraded our room and were so happy we did, it was worth it. The room was spacious and modern, overlooking the harbor with perfect water views. The staff were very accommodating, and the rooftop restaurant had good food and incredible scenery. It's a spectacular hotel in a great spot, within walking distance of fine dining and shopping.

The room faced the water and had a pretty nice view. The beds were really comfortable, and the hotel itself looked chic and modern. But the amenities listed on the website didn't line up with what was actually offered. I asked about ICA tickets and was told they hadn't done that in a while. Marriott members were also listed as getting extra bonuses, but those weren't available. Getting ice or coffee through room service was a struggle, too. Our requests got lost several times, and each time I had to call the desk more than once.

The room had plenty of lighting, a rain shower, a Toto toilet, and nice-smelling body lotion. The beds were very comfortable, almost like the ones at the Bellagio in Vegas. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant Para Maria was wonderful, and the hotel gives guests $15 credit per day. Great location, right by Barking Crab and the federal courthouse.

Donnovan at the front desk deserves a special thank you. Our luggage didn't arrive, and we needed a late checkout so we could wait for it to come from Logan Airport. He was incredibly kind and accommodating during a situation that could have been stressful. He handled it smoothly and treated us with genuine care and professionalism. Service like that really makes a difference. We had a great stay at the Envoy Hotel. Thanks, Donnovan, for going above and beyond!
