We were in town for the Music Fest and stayed two nights. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a cold fridge, and an airconditioner/heater that worked well. The tiled shower was nice too. Pearl Street and the University were both walkable. I'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Boulder.

I was here for the Boulderthon and wanted clean rooms, easy parking, and somewhere close to pearl street. The boulder university inn fit the bill. I was in the room nearest the road, but the noise wasn't much of an issue for me. White noise and some melatonin did the trick, and I slept fine. I've signed up for next year's Boulderthon and hope to stay here again.

I had to cancel a reservation at the Boulder University Inn, and expected a run-around. Instead, they were understanding and professional, and canceled it without any games. I'll stay there next time.

It's an inexpensive, clean hotel in a handy location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The road is really loud, though, and I didn't find the room very comfortable. The bed was worn, and the shower had trouble staying warm. Pets are allowed for an additional $35.

It's fairly cheap for Boulder, and downtown is an easy walk away. The rooms are basic and somewhat uncomfortable, so you get what you pay for. The big issue is the constant, extreme road noise all night. The rooms barely blocked any of it.
