Fairfield Inn & Suites Bowling Green

The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked, and the staff were friendly. I was here for business and booked through CLC, but had to put my own card down for incidentals. It’s been 9 days since checkout and the hold still hasn’t been released.

I left after one night, even though I’d booked for a few, because the mattress was causing bad back pain. The hotel’s location is good, but the king mattress dust cover had a big stain on it, and the towels were paper thin, more like what I’d expect at a budget motel than Fairfield Inn. Clean the cover or replace it instead of leaving it on the bed. This was just my experience, though the reviews make it seem like the property is going downhill quickly. I was very disappointed.

They’re in the middle of a renovation, so I’m looking forward to seeing the updates. We stay here pretty often, and the rooms are always clean and ready. The staff are friendly and quick to help.

The location worked well for us, close to plenty of stores and restaurants and near the interstate. The staff were kind and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable.
