I went with the standard king since it was cheaper than an upgraded room. It was clean, comfortable, and a decent size, and the staff explained things well and were friendly. The room was a little dark, though maybe the upgraded rooms are brighter. That’s really my only complaint.

Connor at the front desk was great. He walked me through everything in detail and was very helpful. The internet kept glitching, which brings my rating down to four stars. There was also a constant weed smell in the halls, despite this being a non-smoking hotel. It felt unprofessional and made it hard to hold business meetings there.

The room had just what I wanted, and I liked having a studio apartment setup so I could cook instead of spending extra on fast food. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and answered all my questions. She was amazing.

We came from Massachusetts for the birth of our grandchild, and honestly, we loved the room. It was clean and comfortable, and they let you inspect it before paying to make sure you’re happy. The woman who showed us the room was extremely polite and helpful. My only reason for not giving five stars is that nobody told us when booking that we’d need to provide our own toiletries, including toilet paper. We also got only two towels for a room booked for four people and would have had to wash them ourselves if we needed more. We went to Walmart and bought our own. The toilet paper and towel arrangement is a bit weird. Had we known ahead of time, I’d have given more stars.
