The rooms are great, though I wish there were more towels, ideally two sets per guest each night. Susan was so friendly at breakfast and checked on us. She was the first cook this week to ask if we needed anything and spend a little time chatting. Thanks, Susan, for your hospitality!

Tye made me feel like I was the only guest there, even though more than ten people had been at the front desk before me each time I went down. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone. He greeted me with a smile and handled my reservation efficiently, so I felt comfortable coming back here. I'll keep returning to Home 2 Suites because of Tye. His hospitality is a 10 out of 10, and the service at Home 2 Suites is five-star thanks to an employee like him. He truly deserves a promotion and a raise. He's a real asset to the company.

When I got back, TINA motioned me over to the desk by name and checked me in. She hadn't been the one helping me when I left, but had paid enough attention to recognize when I returned. That kind of service is why I keep coming back to the Home2 brand. I'm a repeat customer because the facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I arrived too early to check in at this Charlotte location, after a total sellout the night before, so no rooms were ready. They stored my bags while I went to get a meal and look around the nearby area. The hotel is across the street from the NASCAR museum and the Charlotte Convention center, and a short distance from the city center.

Roger was there all three days with a smile and a great attitude, ready to help whenever we needed something. My sister and I asked about parking, came down for breakfast, and had other questions, and he was always willing and ready to assist. From the time we arrived through checkout, he gave us great customer service and made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. We stayed April 24th-26. Thanks, Roger!
