We’re leaving. We were supposed to get a garage key, and without one we could get towed. The place is a mess right now: the hot tub doesn’t work, half the pool is out of service, and the second floor where we were meant to stay is under construction. There’s no water by the saunas either. Nearly $200 a night for a one-bedroom through Rent and Fun, and they tell us to cancel through Varbo. What a joke. Not so fun at all.

The pool and jacuzzi are up on the fifth floor, with a great view. We had a great stay at this Airbnb, and the building was really clean, with a private secure garage for residents. It’s only minutes from the beach and downtown Delray, where all the shops, restaurants, and clubs are. If you’re there, try the French Cafe Cafe Prelude on the first floor. The food and coffee are great, especially after a hangover, lol.

Reception is staffed all the time, which made for great service, and I really liked the steam room. The location is great and there are plenty of amenities. There’s still a lot of maintenance waiting to be finished, though, and I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of service since it’s one of my favorite amenities.

Feels like living on vacation every day. It works well for either a short stay or a longer one, with great amenities and 24-hour security. Everything’s within walking distance.
