The Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach team went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I travel often as a professional musician, and felt so warmly welcomed. I’d made specific room requests, and they not only honored them, but also thought ahead about what I might need. Since it was raining, they provided an umbrella for me to use during my stay. Highly recommend!
Breakfast was fantastic, with lots to choose from, and coffee and hot water were available day and night. The room was mostly quiet, both TVs worked, and the HVAC worked great and was surprisingly quiet. There was a nice little coffee machine in the room too. Water pressure was a bit low, but no big deal. A very nice hotel with not much to complain about.
A bit dated, but comfortable. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The location worked nicely for our two reservations for entertainment and then food.
Carla, the director of sales, really goes out of her way to keep guests happy. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is close to everything. A great place to stay!
Everything else was fine, but two of the three elevators weren’t working. I also slept in late and couldn’t get the room cleaned.
