We picked this hotel for the pool and slide so the kids could have fun during a business trip, and it worked out perfectly. For a low budget place, it was pleasant. Reno at the front desk was the best part of the stay. He was extremely polite and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated.

Reno at the front desk deserves a shoutout for making our three nights great. We used the hotel as a base camp for Yellowstone. The breakfast spread was amazing, the pool was great, and the bed was more than comfortable. Highly recommend!

The kids had a blast on the slide, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. Service was top notch, with friendly staff willing to try to accommodate our requests. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the hotel was close to the places we needed to get to. It was a great stay, thanks. We’ll be back.

After a ten-hour drive, we arrived to check in and were told we couldn’t get a room because the hotel had changed its policy to allow zero cats. Before coming, I’d checked the pet policy online, called to ask if cats were accepted, and looked at reviews to confirm. There were reviews mentioning cats from at least a week before our stay. The desk employee was only a week into the job and was doing her best. Management couldn’t be found and flat out refused to come down and speak with us. They did give us a full refund, as they should have. If you have cats, apparently this isn’t the place for you.

My room booking got a little mixed up, but the lobbyist sorted everything out, including my cat. The person who checked me in was really nice, and the beds were so comfortable with fluffy pillows. The rooms and hotel pretty much have what you need, and breakfast wasn’t too bad either. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
