Austin was terrific. I arrived for a work trip around 11 am and had to change quickly before heading to my job. After I let him know, he let me check in right away. My room was clean, and I stayed Monday through Friday. The rest of the staff were kind and accommodating too. On Wednesday, I requested room cleaning, but it didn’t happen. When I went to the front desk after work, the young woman apologized, then came to my door with towels and a gift bag full of snacks. She assured me the room would be cleaned the next day, and it was. The company should be proud of the care its staff give customers.

I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for 35 years, and I’ve never experienced a Hilton property in this condition. The hotel is old and filthy, with the smell of smoke throughout. This doesn’t represent the Hilton brand at all. Every staff member was helpful and friendly, and they acknowledged that my description was accurate.

We arrived without a reservation to check in, and the front desk was very pleasant. The room had nice updates, from the laminate to the accessories. Pool hours from 5am to midnight worked well for our children to swim in the evening and again in the morning. Breakfast was top notch, definitely the best I’ve had in many years. I completely recommend staying here!

The hotel is clean, conveniently located among stores and gas stations, and close to the airport. All the staff were amazing. I left my wallet in the lobby while trying to catch a plane, and Austin and the shuttle driver saved the day by bringing it out to me at the airport. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I stay in a lot of hotels, and Austin at the front desk really stood out. He was genuinely kind, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with. You can tell he cares about people, and he made a lasting impression. He’s a big reason I’d come back. I’m writing this so the staff and management see it. I hope the recognition gets back to him, because he’s doing an excellent job.
