I’m lucky to have an aunt who owns a unit here, so we get to come every year and enjoy our time a lot. The island is great, though it seems to be getting too popular. From the back deck you can spot dolphins in the bay if you get the timing right, and the beach is just a one-minute walk across the street.

By the third night, I was sleeping downstairs on the couch because I’m a disabled veteran who sometimes needs a cane, and water from the ceiling woke me up by dripping on my face. My wife had worked hard to find a nice place where we could relax for the holiday. The elevator was already out on our first day. Maintenance came after my wife called, and the worker said management or the owner would contact us, but after a day we still hadn’t heard anything. My wife tried calling management again and left a voicemail without getting an answer. The AC guy did get the air conditioning running, but its filter was clogged and moldy. Loud music and some units being occupied by up to 12 people added to the problems. After 17 years of coming to the Island, I can’t recommend this place.

We had a great week and will stay here again. The apartments are stunning, and I’d move in permanently tomorrow if I could. It’s two minutes from the beach and one minute from bay views.

We come every year and always have an amazing experience. Once the elevator wasn’t working, but aside from that, it’s a great place. I highly recommend it.
