We’ll come back when we’re heading south. Valerie was so polite, kind, and genuinely glad to help. The breakfast had plenty of good options, and the large common area was nicely decorated for New Year’s, with a fire burning by the walk-up area. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice surprise to find the rooms looked just as good as the online photos, and they seemed newly remodeled. My family booked this stay beginning July 13, 2025, after our home air conditioner suddenly stopped working. About an hour after we entered our assigned room, I found that its AC wasn’t working either. I called the front desk right away and was told maintenance wasn’t available on weekends, so the problem couldn’t be fixed while we were there. We paid for two nights in a room without working air conditioning, the basic service we needed to get away from unsafe, uncomfortable heat. Since July 2025, I’ve been waiting for a resolution or compensation. As of February 14, 2026, nothing satisfactory has been offered, so I’m formally asking for a full refund for the affected two-night stay. A summer room without functioning climate control falls short of reasonable hospitality standards and may mean the services advertised and paid for weren’t delivered. Please review this promptly and contact me with confirmation of how the refund will be processed. If I don’t hear back within a reasonable time, I’ll consider taking the matter to formal consumer complaint channels.

Room 418 looked nice at first, but it was dirty. After driving more than five hours, check-in went smoothly. Once we’d settled in, we saw that the floors hadn’t been cleaned between guests. My three-year-old and my wife had completely black feet after just five minutes walking around, while I was lucky to have house shoes. There was also trash, plates, and leftover food under the beds, plus hairs all over the place. Disgusting. At checkout we told the front desk. The woman said we should have reported it that night so they could clean again. We’d already spent hours in the room and unpacked after a tiring drive. She didn’t take responsibility, was a little rude, and spent the checkout on her phone. Room 418 needs a thorough cleaning, and so do the others. This was our first time trying Homes2 Suites by Hilton and may be our last, which is unfortunate. We booked through American Forces Travel "supported by priceline".

There was plenty of shopping and things for adults to do nearby. We had an enjoyable visit, with friendly staff, a clean facility, and a good location.
