Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills

The walk-in closet and jetted tub were both huge, and we couldn't get over the size of the room. The lobby is beautiful, too, and the desk staff made us feel welcome. This hotel is AMAZING!! Highly recommend, 10+ stars for sure!!

Check your credit card carefully. I booked two rooms, and they ran each of our cards at check-in. At checkout they claimed one card had been declined and asked to run it again. It hadn't been declined, and they'd charged the second room to the wrong person. We waited while they charged the correct card, and were told my mom would get a refund for the duplicate charge. After we left, she found a third charge for a room on her card. She called the manager, who said everything would be refunded by the next day. One of the three charges was refunded, but my mom is still being charged for the room I paid for. Since talking to the hotel manager twice hasn't fixed it, she's going to dispute it with her credit card company.

Carmen did a fantastic job finding tickets and picking seats as close as possible to what I asked for. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, and the location worked great for the activities we'd planned. We'd definitely stay here again.

Bonnie at the front desk was delightful and explained the amenities clearly. We came as part of a large group, and they let us use the breakfast area for some of our get-togethers. Breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were clean and quiet. Even the first look was nice, with a clean parking lot and beautiful flowers outside. A definite A+!
