Our family and another group were able to enjoy the small pool for a bit at the end of our two days. The two clerks I talked with were polite and professional, and they respected our request for privacy. No one stole anything while we were there. The beds, sink, and shower were clean. The floors had been swept, but needed a proper mop badly enough that our feet turned black. The guests in our second room asked for daytime service and didn't get it, so maybe they were short staffed.

Tracey at the front desk was so kind and helpful after we'd had a rough night. She did her best to accommodate us. Our two-night stay was great: the rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and the area was spotless. They had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, muffins, and donuts, plus high chairs that were handy for my one-year-old son. We'll definitely come back and stay here again.

The room was really nice, and the front desk service was very friendly. Most of it seemed clean, though I didn't inspect closely. Walking around in socks left the bottoms very dirty, and the sheets weren't as smooth as I prefer. I'd still definitely recommend staying here.

The free breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs, biscuits and gravy, and freshly made waffles. Direct TV in the room was a nice extra, too. For the price, this was a wonderful place to stay for our one night in Branson. The front desk employees were friendly and willing to help. The rooms were well kept and decorated, though the wood floors needed sweeping before check-in. There was a slightly musty or pet-like smell at first, but with air freshener and the AC running, it wasn't very noticeable.

After 21 days of driving on a long west coast vacation, this was a nice place to stop. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind, and when my husband went looking for the bathroom while I checked in, the owner quickly gave him a key.
