The location in Page is convenient, but the stay was a mess. We came for a basic, no-frills room and instead found a front desk manager who came across as cold and dismissive. When other guests politely raised serious room problems, they were bluntly told to leave and find somewhere else. There didn’t seem to be any effort to sort things out. Breakfast was just as unreliable. Some mornings it had run out long before the posted closing time; other times the whole area was locked, and people were left confused and waiting after 9 AM. With staff handling things so unpredictably, the listed amenities and hours didn’t feel dependable. Keep your expectations low.

The location is convenient and close to everything, but the room felt a little dated. I was especially disappointed about breakfast. There wasn’t any, just coffee. I had to ask about yogurt, and the staff member acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Don’t advertise breakfast if none is available.

We booked three nights, Friday through Sunday. On arrival, we checked in and were given a key to a room that already had someone in it. They fixed that, but the service got worse from there. When we returned from a day at the Grand Canyon around 7 PM on Saturday, both key cards had been cancelled. Our belongings were still in the room, which hadn’t been cleaned. The same thing happened Sunday: we came back around 3, found our cards cancelled again, and the beds and towels still hadn’t been taken care of from the night before. I usually leave used towels and washcloths in the sink so housekeeping doesn’t have to pick them up off the floor. Since nobody cleaned the room, I had to carry our wet, used items down to the office to ask for fresh ones. I’ve never had a hotel fail to replace towels or even check whether a room needed cleaning. We were not compensated for the night we didn’t stay, and management never called us back or spoke with us. We had no animals with us and own none, so I don’t know where that accusation came from. For a one-night stay it might be fine, but I’d be wary of staying longer. I’m contacting consumer protection because this needs to be addressed.

The breakfast was barely there, but there are lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great for Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. Despite what I’d read in reviews, I’d recommend this place.
